Updates and Plans for 2013

Assalamualaikum and great day.

This is the first entry for this blog in 2013. For the first time I penned it through my superb, amazing and yet under-explored note. And I'm doing that with lots of difficulties. I have to admit that I am a dinosour of this technology, but learning is what I love and that's what I'm going to do. I couldn't figure out how to write through compose section and is doing it through html section. Okay that's so outdated. Ways to go folks! ;-)

Thus far I'm keeping up with good habits for my new days. I tried to get up earlier for my Subuh so that I can take a bath before praying like I used to during the great SESMA old days (am still trying for now). I tried to stay awake after Subuh prayer and al-Mathurat session every morning without fail. Guess what for that purpose I'd took exercising in my life to another height. For the past few days starting in Tuesday I entered UUM (also for the first time this year) in the morning for a regular jog session at the hockey field in PUSUR. How I missed the good old days running and shouting there in every SUKOL since 2005. I managed to finish a non-stop 3 rounds and a round of brisk walking on that day as well as on Wednesday. That's a personal achievement for me after all these years. So what happened on Thursday? I took a bus to Shah Alam fasting, but not before a bicycle ride around the small Changlun area. Here's the picture of my bike, also used for the first time this year.

(wait until I can figure out how to insert a picture from my gallery through note:-P)

I think exercising (undong in Hangugo) has such a great influence in boosting my spirit and energy to face and endure the day, comes what may. Alhamdulillah it helps me to become a highly-spirited and energized person. And that fasting and the bus trip to Shah Alam was for the first time this year too. In short, January is the month of my 'first times' in 2013.

In 2012 alhamdulillah Allah grants me my black belt in karate, basic Korean language class, great journey to Seoul and commendable academic life. A year earlier I learnt how to swim. This year I expect to made a number of visits across the sea again in shaa Allah. And I'm considering going back to golf, or shooting or perhaps horse ride (oppa Gangnam style anyone). I hope Allah would grant me good physical and mental fitness for that, plus great financial support to achieve the plans. I also pray to become a better student, researcher and scholar this year on every new day. May Allah helps and guides me through this journey and never abandons me in any moment, in shaa Allah.

Wassalam.
