Business Innovation

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim...

The renowned management guru, Peter F. Drucker once said that the definition of any business purpose is to create a customer. Hence business only has two functions: to market and to innovate.

I have particular interest on the word of 'create' used by him. He didn't use the word "search" as an instance, for that matter per se. Creating is far harder then searching, I guess. But that's the sole purpose of a business then; to create a customer. So businessmen need to bear this in mind. You are creating product or offering services to nonexistent customers, until you create one.

Cheers.
